Terms & Conditions

Who you're dealing with
This website and the members area ("the service") are provided by Ciaran MacEochaidh, an individual based in Ireland ("I", "me"). By using the service you are contracting with me, and by continuing to use it you agree to these terms.
What the service is
Free downloadable recall packs, plus an optional paid members area with flashcards, practice questions and AI-generated step-by-step explanations based on those packs. Everything is a personal study aid. It is unofficial, not endorsed by EASA or any authority, and not a replacement for approved training material.
Accounts
You must be of legal age to buy, provide accurate details, and keep your login confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. One membership is for one person — please don't share access.
Payments, renewals and cancellations
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. The monthly plan renews each month until cancelled; the 12-month pass is a single payment that does not renew. See the Refund Policy.
AI-generated content
- Questions are drafted with AI from the packs and reviewed by me before publication. Explanations are generated by AI from the pack text and may contain mistakes.
- Always verify against your approved training material. Outputs are not professional, regulatory or operational advice and must not be used for real flight operations.
- Use the "Flag this" button to report anything that looks wrong; I may correct or remove content.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping or automated downloading). Don't copy, resell or redistribute members-area content, reverse engineer the service, or try to get around access limits.
Ownership
I own the service and its content, including the packs, flashcards, questions, software and branding. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while your access lasts.
Availability and liability
I aim to keep things running but can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, I'm not liable for indirect losses (including exam results), and my total liability is limited to what you paid me in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Suspension
I may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated misuse. When access ends, your progress data is deleted within a reasonable period.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Questions: ciarankgh@gmail.com.
